personal information guests give us when they make a booking. This information may include intended travel dates, place of departure and intended destination;

communications between guests and staff members (for example the feedback on how they enjoyed their stay with us).

You can ask to obtain access to your personal information that we hold. We may ask you to put your request in writing for this.
